Upcoming news announcements = In the best interest of shareholder value we feel at this time a reverse split is appropriate. We do not feel that a share price of .0001 is beneficial to the "shares we hold" because there is no longer anymore volume in the stock to dilute into.

Progress reports = We have narrowed down possible candidates and are looking at a select few. Over the next few months, we will really start trying to really get serious this time in determining which one we may be really interested in. We hope they will be interested in us, but it is possible we may have to start over from square one again if we cant seem to come to an agreement with them.
