one thing is for certain.. if things ever go to the level where genome based weapons are used against specific genetic human markers and not in a way to heal disease but to kill the persons with that genetic marker...got it..no agency will ever admit they okd it..just as it also goes, we dont torture.. got it.... .isnt it amazing how new technologies are so often looked at for their ability to become a weapon.. just as electricty was...and what the first uses for airplanes?
