mr. fairy, even though you posted a link from a week ago that was about a court case involving pedro in central america, it still has no bearing on his behavior as the leader of PNMS.
Anyone can claim they have been swindled, and file as a plaintiff. For all we know, it is he who swindled someone and then claimed he was swindled. But that is only speculation, and has no bearing on his conduct as the PNMS jefe.
to follow your logic, if a person got a traffic ticket, then he would not be guilty of stealing at work.
two totally unrelated things are being discussed, yet you are trying to tie the two together to try to show that pedro has not screwed over the shareholders of PNMS to biblical proportions because he is suing someone else about another matter.
You can do better than that. Such as explaining where the hundreds of millions of dollars they supposedly have came from, and where the money went after people sold PDR's and the money got absconded with. thats right, stolen. they cannot produce evidence of where it is, and are not paying what they owe, and now they say "oh, we said we could keep the money, you didn't read the fine print" or some such baloney.
The fact that you are trying to defend such a pack of lies does not reflect well on your character. Most people that defended them a long ways finally saw the reality and left in a dignified way, such as 4god, etc. Some of us caught on early and serve as a beacon to keep newbies off the shoals.
