Chart - We would have already broke the lip of the cup. We are not "forming one" now IMO, maybe later at higher levels.

Learn about cup and handle formations here... http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.php?id=chart_school:chart_analysis:chart_patterns:cup_with_handle_cont

good question, no... the original theory is still the same

many have tried to change it modify it etc, but the theory is actually based on some fairly liberal ideas, but the criteria for identifying the formation has remained the same.

like i said in my post, it's one thing to bend and flex one two maybe three variables slightly, but what happened there was an assumption on a formation that was predicated on no formation criteria being met on the whole

its apples and oranges, there that does it, not a macintosh vs golden delicious, but an entirely different fruit among the group!

not an apple, can't ever be...,must get different species of seed and grow entirely different tree! lol

gotta go out rick ...appreciate the input!

Obviously everybody's civic trading duty is to do their own DD. I take what ANYONE says in pennyland with a grain of salt. There is one thing that Clay said Thursday 4/3/08 that rang a notable bell. That was, look for stocks with the tendancy to break through resistance and with good volume. ASII truely shows both, I think we can all agree on that.

Also, I've noticed from ASII's previos PRs, most of them were released around 9:00-9:30 or 11:00-11:30ish. If we get the PR were looking for Monday, its the Kentucky Derby....but even if a PR is not released until Tuesday or even later in the week, we've all had a fair shot at banking coin....

Finally, if we get a PR and its not the one we would prefer per se, it could act as a "street/stock message board-type" indicator for the longs as to the exponential (or otherwise) growth pattern that ASII will exhibit in the future.

At that point, charting could be our only true friend here...and quite frankly, the tried a tested charting methods for big boards of yesteryear could be amended more than our constitution! LOL, great info guys, keep up the good work!
