I wonder how they compare with conventional drills price wise. I think he said they cost about $70,000 and he just couldn't justify spending that kind of money on something with it's limitations. Cleaning teeth and filling cavities only keeps the bills paid for a dentist. The real money is in cosmetic dentistry, which I've noticed my dentist has been getting into more and more over the years. Things like caps and stuff. Lasers really don't apply there do they?
