Read it several times. Yes, I would make it part of Government policy.
That does not mean we are to support Israel when they are wrong, but we should do all we can to preserve the State of Israel as an viable entity and assist them wherever we can.
If we do not, God will raise up someone who will (or do it Himself). Should that happen, we will lose even more of God's blessing and whoever does help them will gain it.
