I have only a minor low around 8/24, it is on 8/26, and prior to an important top (possibly the top before a major decline) on September 8. That is the third summer top before the decline into late September early October. That early September is probably the highest Dow point for the year, but the Naz will probably print its high in mid July before meandering till that September top. See #msg-2749633.
