I am not so concerned about that memo, it can be read and assume that no sufficient specificity nor immediacy was present. What concerns me much more is the fact that post 9/11 leads have been completely abandoned, for example, I am positive that the FBI can follow the money trail of people that knew before the fact that the attack will occur, the same people that bought loads of puts in the airlines and the insurance companies two weeks before 9/11. If there is a conspiracy, and the commission should investigate it, that is one place they can start with. Apart terrorist #20, who got arrested and did not make it the his plane, no one was arrested in the financial community...someone surely knew.
