There are many deadlines near ! and this looks like a scam to get investors out ! The company wants to own as many shares as they can ! IMO

Mike. I beleive his options are for 800,000 shares. He would be better off buying shares in the open market now than wait for the price to get past the option prices of .25, .50 .75 and 1.00 per share. I wish they carried more weight here so the timeline would be reduced but I don't think they are much of a factor. I think the real timeline is on the convertibles which I beleive are due May 31st.
