Maxjda, A lot of these pink sheet companies have there own MM's, they pay them with stock to promote their company.

At one point, Wilf said he knew the MM, and that he would talk to him about their selling strategy. One of the shareholders had complained about the person selling company stock and said the seller sold in an idiotic manner (losing money on poor sales and greatly affecting the PPS). After that, Wilf eventually said he talked to the MM too. It should all be in a few of the early conference calls.
