Maybe it is legit, but it is tough to get excited with a company having three different business units, completely unrelated to each other over a puny sales volume of $20 MM or less valued at what? $150MM or so? Not a formula for great future success. Technically it is in "breakout" mode, but already richly valued, it does not mean it cannot become even richlier valued...
