The article states that it is the MM that have the ability to do the naked shorting with themselves. From what I have seen I would suggest watching NITE they seem to be the one that is always selling when the stock has fallen. That is my observation. I trying not to defend WB, that just causes attacks here. What I'm try to say is he can't be doing this crash of the stock price on his own. Yesterday I saw a sale of 150 shares of this company for .0042. My calculator says that adds up to $0.63. My broker charges me $10 per trade. So any thoughts on contacting the SEC, DOJ and the FCC?
DBrunner, I understand why some people want to believe that this stock is being shorted. ( Because the price keeps going down, and shares are being sold ). What I don't think these people are looking at is that WB has 150 million shares to sell and his son-in-law has 15 million to sell. I may not be a genius, but I am no fool either. Those people aren't going to hold those shares until they are completely worthless and the company goes bankrupt.
