I agree Tsafi. At the beginning of the year I said to watch for some major banks to go bankrupt or taken over and it has already started. There will be several others to follow suit.

Okay, thanks Tsafi. I was just confused as to why the DOW was going up so much today when there are all those problems sitting out there. But it doesn't sound like the upturn will last very long. And I had already made the decision to hold the gold & silver ETFs for a while; they're just getting a little short-term beating now is all.

Hey Popeye, what do you think of gold & silver's prospects in the summer coming up here? I've noticed that usually the metals are fairly slow around that time of year, but do you think this year could be an exception?

Hey Tsafi, the market seems to be doing pretty well lately (especially today), so I was wondering if your stance on the market is changing at all. You were saying before that you thought the market would fall hard as a result of some weak earnings from the big companies. But instead earnings are coming in stronger than expected, which appears to be fueling the rally. IMO I think the market will eventually come back down again, but was wondering what you thought.
