I may be all wrong but I don't think the restrictions are hurting us that much. If someone wants the stock bad enough they will make the call and once the order is placed they can still modify it on line. And,at least with Scottrade, you will still only pay the online trading comission. You also don't have to call if you want to sell. I wouldn't be surprised if the restriction was gone soon.
