IF (i emphasize if) there is a play here by parties whomever that intend to strip the assets and leave shareholders with worthless shares they are in for a very rude wake up call. No further concrete evidence from the co that it's untangling this mess doesn't put me in the mood to absolve them.
Perhaps adding a shareholder suit to the mix will get their attention. PM me when your patience runs out.
that was an excellently worded post downsideup , imo,I see the problems as over the ceo's head and he has friends for attorneys that are not regular "stock" lawyers and not enough experience in the right paper work directions , oh well !!!!!
