We have seen stories of this company sending out emails for 2 years now, and posters stating they have information via email that news will be out etc., with 100% failure rate. I think that's something to go on.
Look, Spooz has released what would be considered insider information via email hundreds of times by now. Any lawsuit in that regard would be very easily won by anyone who cared to waste the time to file it.
Clobal as it goes for anyone...each email from Paul or Spooz...you have to decide individually what you think it's worth. An investor either adds it to their DD or not or verifies it for themselves.
All we can do is try to provide the best info we can...what people do with it or how they interpret it is an individual choice...simple.
