Yup, that's my take on it.

And, I further think the climb may
get even steeper for them. Money,
credit, funding, et al is getting
tougher and tougher.

Ultimately, stock dilution is a must
to raise needed funds. No heroic deeds
garnered by watching the business whither
away on morals !
