I have not talked to him for I guess for 2 years. He doesn't have my money or your or anyone else. The money from dilution went to operate the company. I still believe hes an honest man. It didn't work out the way he thought it would but I give him credit for trying. Its been so long I don't remember when I sold. I run into Americana every once in a while and some of the old timers. If you are thinking of suing him good luck. As I recall IPKL was a pink sheet stock with PK after the symbol and that means its a non reporting company and that means he doesn't have to tell you anything. Tell the guys on the board to move on because if you keep posting there it will just fuel the hate and get you no where but an ulcer. If you can score 1 out of 10 pinks you are doing great.
