Again ... the point was that as per the 10Q filings ... Aero did not have the cash needed to finance the purchase DR. Gas outright.
I also pointed out for you that they did not have a Credit Facility in place to accomodate the purchase.
If you eliminate DEBT as an option ... what is left??

But ... Aero was obviously having to already sell shares in order to sustain its money losing current operations.

There was NO MONEY to buy Dr. Gas unless they SOLD even MORE shares.
Simple logic.
