You missed the point. Dr. Gas has an established business with goodwill and customers. That business apparently had 90-95% of the racecar market. It was proferred up as a great purchase for many months.
By going their own way, Aero will be going in direct competition with Dr. Gas for that racecar market.
Prior to releasing any information about the proposed purchase of Dr. Gas ... one would think that Aero would have already done its preliminary DD and would have discussed a preliminary valuation. At least that is how business normally operates. What some seem to one to suggest is that Aero started doing announcements before having done its DD and valuation. That is not sound management imo.
I can remember some posting that they were expecting the Definitive Purchase Agreement "next week" as they had been told by IR it was coming. LOLOLOL
