The trades at .10 and .12 were all fake trades, most likely entered into an inventory account likely the result of some sort of suasion from someone with a vested interest in creating a close for purposes of a mark to market number. It really makes no differenceas the true price of ant security is the bid and from all accounts it appears to be absent here.
