it is as ethical as taking 400k of stock and dumping it on the market taking the stock from 1.50 to .10
REMEMBER HE STOLE THOSE SHARES FROM ALL OF US!!!!
original investors were not able to get those shares for under a buck....
which means there was almost no selling pressure at 1 dollar.
now the market has 400 k of stock purchased under a dollar what does that do to the company's ability to raise money and make those investors who purchased shares at a legit value a chance for a great return.
