Usually, I just flip stocks and never worry with due diligence, but since I am invested in this one, I figured I better start! haha ;)

Certainly not as easy as doing DD on a big board stock!

I don't agree with that, they try to make us the bad guys,
there was a sell off I remember, but not only from I hub people , there was much more to it. We are powerful but not so powerful.
Company admitted that they need money that is why they need to dilute. Are they still diluting or it is over?
It should be over for the new share count.IMHO
