Question related to wecus comment on the BSTE chart:

Doesn't the higher close on falling volume yesterday following Tuesday's higher volume reversal imply some sort of regrouping (if not cratering) in BSTE from here? Also, isn't 40 is a significant barrier from Apr, May, and Aug 2003?
