Important part from the shareholder info statement:
The Company anticipates that the Actions will become effective shortly before or after the consummation of an acquisition or merger with a future, as yet unidentified, company or companies.
To me that says the reverse merger itself should happen very quickly now. They said name change, RS etc would happen right before a merger closed.
