Keep in mind that whatever the share structure currently is, there will be close to 1 billion shares that are coming unrestricted at years end. While this is an excellent company you should either be planning on watching closely to flip your shares during any run up, or hold on to them for 1+ year. JMHO

Why don't you call the transfer agent. It would be a good idea doing your own DD rather than asking others to do it for you.
