I don’t follow AXYX closely, but bladerunner and some of the posters on the COR board do. Bladerunner has been reading iHub lately, so maybe he’ll reply to your query.

Re PRAN: it wasn’t so long ago that “experts” were advising consumers to avoid cooking with an aluminum or copper pot so metals would not build up and increase the risk of AD. It’s interesting to see that the “metallic angle” may have a genuine scientific basis after all.

Tennisman...

I own AXYX. I like the story, I like the management (leftovers from CRO's who's experience understands how to get a drug approved), I like the compound. Phenserine could be the "new" drug for AD, which the market and patients are waiting on. Phenserine has lesser side effects and could reduce/inhibit/block amyloid plaque which is thought to progress AD. Inhibition of this mechanic will likely stall AD progression. AXYX has a Phase IIb study ongoing now measuring amyloid plaque, if indeed the drug has proved reduction amyloid plaque along with decreased AD progression in the pivotal being conducted in Europe then AXYX may be a blockbuster!

This is a very good summary from a poster on Yahoo, I have spoken to him off the board and is very knowledgeable about the company.
