Chris...you know I can't possibly argue any of your points, and why would I? I just don't see the fallback that you do, based on some PR generated deadlines. I think a properly written PR will give us another slight (.08-.15) jump. There is a ton of money on the sidelines, and a well written informative PR may be able to shake the money tree. I am no wizard, just one schizo to another ....lol.
