My worthless prediction:
It won't trade on day one. Not because of a legal jam, but because things are "business as usual" which seems to be at a casual pace from the outsider's vantage point, eg the letter. It sounds like a criticism, but maybe it's what we expect for eleven cents. Just my perception after trying to get answers on this topic.
Having said this, I'm now sure it will trade today :-)
