HIET does not have a simple portable system (IMX does), they have a phase I maybe phase II sbir R&D program, a long way from something they can deploy, even if they had deployable systems, look at their balance sheet, they keep printing stock to stay afloat, they do not havve the cash to deploy anything (IMX is a little better in that respect, but not much more) I wish I could "capitalize" in the market all the SBIR R&D program I won in the period of 1990 to about 1995 (g)....
