The 19.9% limit on LFB’s equity stake specified in the poison pill would have to be increased but, other than that, I don’t see why LFB’s stake couldn’t go higher.

This is not to imply that I think a new deal with LFB is necessarily in the works, but rather than it isn’t precluded.
