So, if I understand, you guys have garnered inside information from the company pertaining to JV's with big pharma. Sounds very dubious to me, that is breaking the rules, I think. Curiosly, there has not been a PR confirming the resumption of trading of its shares. Are they tight lipped on that too? If it quacks like a duck, it usually is a duck.

I honestly wasn't expecting a PR. HSXI issued several after the suspension and stated they were complying fully with the SEC and expected to be trading when the suspension was lifted.

I personally am more encouraged about HSXI than ever. The company has dealt with any shareholder question or concern that has been sent their way. I've received the update letter and I am looking forward to 2008 and especially through the end of May when the Gen II should be ready for shipment. Do the math and figure out what that product means to their bottom line. I admit the lack of financials is dissapointing, but that's the only issue I have with the company now. If they issue a PR before the opening tomorrow that would be great, but it doesn't change my view of this company. Have you ever found a pinkie with 3 great products (everyone always forgets about AquaSonix, but it's an active income producer), very low number of shares in the public float and a company that has already tackled the research and development stage and is about to hit the growth curve. You have soured on this company because their development stage hasn't taken longer than you expected.

If you are so sick to your stomach, you shouldn't be trading the pinks.
