Like I said a couple of days ago... until 64-bit Windows is out... I'm not overly concerned about Nocona delays... Yes, they're problematic, but a CPU without software infrastructure is like a V12 Ferrari with only 8 spark plugs...
I can even believe that what MS could have said to themselves, was something like...... "Well, we were going to release this software sooner, just to get those Jerry and Hector guys to Shut The H*ll Up, but since intel fed us the new release date of Nacona, there's no need to rush, we don't HAVE to release it sooner. Let's keep working on those Beta Bugs. Conspiracy? No, Smart Business Decision by MS..... IF that's even what happened. Isn't speculation interesting? And Yes, it probably hurts AMD.......
