Bob, last year the board went round and round on the consequences of the restricted shares. I'm quite sure the conclusion was as I said: Restricted for one year and then a lawyer with the proper credentials writes a letter stating that the shares are unrestricted. The rub is that each shareholder with restricted shares has to get his/her own letter from a lawyer.
