gagging the TA doesn't mean much. When the TA was gagged last year it went from low of .0015 to .02. The only thing that has changed are lack of Pr and no inventory on the web site, and the A/S increase lol. I love to watch stocks fly and see people scurring around the TA being gagged. I have seen 99 percent pennies fail and 90 percent have gagged TA. What is the point. You say red flag I say penny red flag.
