I agree with you the company has mismanaged the filings. That said, this has been a very complicated reverse merger process.

I do believe Aquagold does have in excess of $500+ contracts they PRed over the wire.

Going forward I think they can hire a better Administrator which is much easier than finding someone with Mr.DaSilva's contacts in China.
