He said that many investors have sent hate mail and sold for a loss. However the FINAL document that the NASDAQ requested from last Thursday has been completed
WayneC777 - Ok its been completed but the red tape is still an issue. Did he say it would take a day or two before it became officially active?

and now the name change has recieved final clearance from the administrator.
WayneC777 - They still have to recieve the final Document to make it official
