Agreed.... also, there are many people waiting for a cus# change. If Clayton filed the paperwork the day he put out the PR we'd be looking for a change 6-8 weeks from that day. It takes a while.... Just look at ONMC and when they filed for cus# change.
Well Clayton may very well be wanting this to go to .05 so he can buy back down there as many have suspected is SEAL's purpose. If that is the case those who hold will be rewarded, BUT shaking it out of retail hands by not setting the TA straight does not exactly endear me to him and will not earn future trust by many.
