Honestly this is the most transparent pink I have been in for the first 2 weeks on any pink. I have called the T/A 8 times, interviewed the CEO, massive DD confirmation.

But yet we take DLAV as an example:

-Fully reporting Co. yet is almost back in triple 0's and the T/A is gagged!

It amazes me in pinky world ... that people want PERFECTION!

The "fully solicited" part has little to do with the company in it's present form. It has to do with the type of shell it was put into. Now the way the rules may be changing, it might not be allowed to trade for much longer because refusal to update information may be a cause to send everyone their certs and to refuse them the ability to trade the stock through an NASD member firm if a proposed rule change goes through.
