I thought it was a type of Lay Chute, but is is a little different than the blue one. It must be the same one you captured in the foggy picture one day.

Looks like a lay chute that goes on the stern of a pipe laying vessel. Maybe it will get a nice coat of Deep Down Blue.

i believe that is a lay chute sulpher(JMHO)
