it moves down when someone dumps 6 mill on the bid and some scardy cats follow suite...

but yes its moves up on AIR when it goes back into the 0.003's on 5000 shares buys which is $15.00

so ya... a stock going north on $15.00 can easily be catagorized as moving on air!

MBBLLEG loves to promote the stock, but he still hasn't indicated how LLEG is going to solve the capacity problem of the Coos loop. Once Noble is on line there is no capacity left in the loop. I hope LLEG finances $300 million ($100 Million for their plant and $200 Million more for the estimated cost to upgrade the power lines). Then our economic development problem in the North Country will be solved!
