Yes, technically, Dr. Pandey could be called the landlord at 20% ownership in the building. My question for you though is, do you have proof that he was sucking the company and the S/H dry? You say that he "may have taken money from our Company...", they've been working on that one for how long? Have they found any wrong doing yet? Yes, the court case has been delayed and they are working on it, but have they any evidence that anything was done? I can't take $20 out of my account without my wife knowing it, you seem to think he took millions and hid it so well nobody can find it. If management thinks he stole money, I assume charges have been filed, yes? If he took millions from the company, why would he be concerned with a lawsuit to get his deferred compensation and why didn't they counter that lawsuit claiming money was missing. Is Dr. Pandey sitting in jail right now for this theft? With no communications from the company, do you know that the loans are gone? I'm sorry, I haven't read every post on here yet, so I might have missed something, but I haven't seen any proof that the man stole any money.
How are they concentrating on completion of the new facility, are they laying bricks themselves? Come on, you make it sound like they all need to be sitting in Nigeria for this facility to be built and everything else must be stopped. If they can outsource R&D and not oversee it (which is something the CEO has a PhD in), you'd think they could let the people hired to build a building do they jobs and show up periodically to make sure things are on track. On the other hand, maybe they do, everyone that calls the company seems to get a "he's in Nigeria" answer so maybe they are over there a lot. Too bad they all forgot their cameras so they could have updated the last set of pictures anyone saw from May of 2007.
