Write on, Rubco...being a "jack of all trades and a master of none" wouldn't help a bit at this point in time...and it's not like this is a one-hit wonder--ongoing revenues for life...

Yes, if you are right in all you wrote
then they( present management) is now concentrating all its efforts to axe Dr Pandey and nopt at all making any effort in increasing production of NICOSAN so that all shareholders will be happy
Let me thank you for your optimism
Being a shareholder i am more concerned about the company growth
but if you say that present management took over from Pandey to give a new life to company
can you tell what life and progress they have made during the last many months of take over
well, you may say it takes time
how much time they want now to increase sale and production
thirdly, the compnay like this needs a presence of an expert who knows drug development process . no one in present management is having that expertise who do not know to march ahead with production
and if any thing goes wrong with production, they can not correct it
be a neutral observer and see the facts
we need both a strong management and an expert
it would have been better for company, people suffering from Sickle cell Disease - Dr Pandey should be there to help increase production and new management should have concentarted on marketing aspects
thridly
i am surprised that there is no one can brief what present management is doing
No news
no press release
are they really working
it is very easy to malign ones reputation but very difficult to
do and archive success
well if we do not succeed then all Dr Pandey has done
if we archive , all credit goes to present management
but what about drug development process, will one forget that Dr Pandey conceived, developed the drug with big vision to work out

That is the way corporate life is
surely peculiar situation

Yes, technically, Dr. Pandey could be called the landlord at 20% ownership in the building. My question for you though is, do you have proof that he was sucking the company and the S/H dry? You say that he "may have taken money from our Company...", they've been working on that one for how long? Have they found any wrong doing yet? Yes, the court case has been delayed and they are working on it, but have they any evidence that anything was done? I can't take $20 out of my account without my wife knowing it, you seem to think he took millions and hid it so well nobody can find it. If management thinks he stole money, I assume charges have been filed, yes? If he took millions from the company, why would he be concerned with a lawsuit to get his deferred compensation and why didn't they counter that lawsuit claiming money was missing. Is Dr. Pandey sitting in jail right now for this theft? With no communications from the company, do you know that the loans are gone? I'm sorry, I haven't read every post on here yet, so I might have missed something, but I haven't seen any proof that the man stole any money.

How are they concentrating on completion of the new facility, are they laying bricks themselves? Come on, you make it sound like they all need to be sitting in Nigeria for this facility to be built and everything else must be stopped. If they can outsource R&D and not oversee it (which is something the CEO has a PhD in), you'd think they could let the people hired to build a building do they jobs and show up periodically to make sure things are on track. On the other hand, maybe they do, everyone that calls the company seems to get a "he's in Nigeria" answer so maybe they are over there a lot. Too bad they all forgot their cameras so they could have updated the last set of pictures anyone saw from May of 2007.
