I've never heard of this guy, Cesca, but he's shameless. Not one thing in the article that matches the headline. First off, we are discussing not the troops, but the military chiefs. Secondly, he is not pointing out one time that Bush has blamed the military chiefs rather than himself. Instead, he is pointing out that Bush has always said he would be relying on the information and advice from the commanders in the field. Wow, what a concept! Imagine if he had said, I don't care what any damn General says, we are going to do it my way.
