The selling of these shares are from Fusion and Cumorah and the company will not receive any proceeds from this sale. Looks to me like they're unloading some shares of xsnx and pocketing the money themselves.(Fusion, Cumorah)
This to me doesn't seem to help xsnx at all....just dilution for current sh's. Any one else have comments?
