i count my blessings too, but i think they are there because ive made more good decisions than bad as an adult.. not because they were bequeathed to me for being a good boy... i miss those santa years... getting what you wanted was as simple as telling mom and dad and grandma and grandpa (x2), and telling all the aunts and uncles that took messages for santa just what youd like.. that was probably the only time that wishful thinking usually paid off..... santa was a much better provider than all those other myths i was told about.. so was the tooth fairy and the easter bunny, although the easter bunny's gifts were fairly predictable... i did like the tooth fairy alot as cash is always good... ...
