Its just very strange to file these today on a holiday, but he didn't buy them they didn't come from the O/S they were issued and I'm not sure if they were registered yet or not. The withdrawal was to withdraw the 40 million to be registered to SH, but they refiled for 50 million instead some going to employees as well as SH.
I just have never seen so many forms filed at once like today, and any of these forms are so difficult to make sense of, its mind boggling.
It might just have to do with the financials for last year, they might be getting ready to file soon, but i have never seen so many forms filed at once especially on this stock. I wish I could understand them as a whole but i can't.
It shocked me that anything was filed today.
