The key word is Tom will get a 6 million dollar check from GSCR. Now does Tom to invest one red cent into swvc or does Tom have complete control over the 6 million. It seems to me that Tom is making out very well while the swvc shareholders have paid off all the debt for KK. Tom gets the pat on the back and the big check. Now are the shareholders just hoping Tom does the right thing or does he have an obligation. Thats what I would like to know.
