Participation in 4 of the existing wells is 25%, I assume the other two are the same. MKGP owns the leases, they sell percentages to JV's at a price that covers MKGP's 25% interest thus there is no cost or risk for MKGP. It is Conrad's job is to find those partners.
Futr: All of West Va is listed as 25% participation or ownership and I don't know of any change to that, however I guess that also depends on any new arrangements they make with other partners, could end up being more, but I rather doubt it would be less. jmho
