The O/S from the TA is incorrect. The actual O/S is between 8 and 9 million per the company and the A/S is 18 million per the Delaware SOS. Penny_TA I think it was put out a couple weeks ago a post explaining the issue with the TA and the information can be verified. I wished I bookmarked it because I have been trying find the link again this past week. I do keep calling the TA to see if they have corrected the O/S yet but they have not. I hope Penny_TA puts the post out again and this time I'll book mark it.
