Not falsifications at all. TMBN did not start out as a dot com company, btw. In the beginning, he promised to run sawmills. lol. I have read the filings.
The guy has a history of doing stocks which play on ideas that are hot, but never accomplishes anything. He just spins a story that never happens. The only dot com companies that went out of business are the ones which had no legitmate business plan.
